About This Role

We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the delivery of innovative technology solutions for our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects spanning cloud migrations, software development, cybersecurity implementations, and digital transformation initiatives. You'll be responsible for managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

As an IT Project Manager at OBA Cloud, you'll work directly with clients to understand their business objectives, translate requirements into actionable project plans, and lead technical teams to deliver exceptional results. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships while maintaining focus on project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables for IT projects
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships throughout project lifecycle
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, designers, and consultants to achieve project objectives
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while developing contingency plans to ensure successful delivery
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline adherence to ensure profitability and client satisfaction
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes and ensure deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards
• Communication & Reporting: Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to internal teams and client stakeholders
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies, tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management with proven track record of successful project delivery
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern IT infrastructure
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Agile/Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
• Experience with cloud migration projects and digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of data analytics, AI/ML, or emerging technology implementations
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting
